my great big family

My parents have been married for over 35 years and their love for each other grows stronger each day.  My brother and I were lucky enough to grow up on a farm in Iowa, where we not only learned the definition of hard work but also got to live out our love of horses and the sport of rodeo. 

 

The first word that comes to my mind when describing my extended family is BIG!  I am one of eleven grandchildren and have loved watching my grandparents love on each of the nearly 30 great-grand kids!  Nothing has made me prouder than to see how my extended family has taken in and loved first my brother twenty some years ago, the foster children I have brought into my home, as well as CJ.

My family has supported me each step of the way through life, and for that I am eternally grateful.  I loving being able to share the love and support I have felt, with children of my own.
